God is a God of surprises!

I dunno…during my birthday I am on tight budget….My heart desires to celebrate with my friends and spend something for them but it will not be pushed through. I learned to accept the truth that I have nothing but still praise God that He is there for me. You see if you just trust God He will make surprises for you!

On my 28th birthday, I celebrated with with my friends without sweating a cent! You can read the rest of the story HERE.

Take a view of the food we ate on that day and see how wonderful our God is. He gave me one of the grandest birthday celebration in my life.

The front of the Remroa Restaurant (eat-all-you-can steamboat-dinner style)
Now, check out the food we get- squid, fish ball, salmon fish, meat (pork and chicken) with or without seasoning, Thai dishes, Thai noodles, veggie salad and CHILI salad!!! Name it and they have it!!! Wow…is my tummy ready? Let’s find out….

We surely enjoy cooking our food on the steamboat! Have you tried this? It’s fun and just be sure you know how to use the chopsticks or else you’ll get your hands numbed afterwards…LOL!

We surely enjoy our food…Sky is the limit!

Thank you my dearest friends, you surely made me happy. Even though you’re also in tight budget but you still give sacrificially just to celebrate my birthday. I believe that this good deed you showed to me will not remain unseen by our Heavenly Father. You’ll surely reap the harvest. I love you friends. “Friends love at all times“….

During my hubby’s birthday, I wanna surprise him with a birthday party with our friends…but I was saddened when I counted our money and “budgetted it” and “rebudgetted” but still it wasn’t enough….I shared it with my girl friends and F, our new friend who’s new in Thailand told us that she will treat us on my hubby’s special day for she planned to celebrate also this day with us as her “Thanksgiving treat” for the new teaching job that God had given to here… PTL! I am so overwhelmed of God’s ways…The rest of the story is narrated HERE!

The venue of the celebration…What I love here is the “eat-all-you-can” salad bar!

He’s surprise to see our friends waiting for us!

the Pakasi couple
the three pretty singles and available …he..he…
my bro and preggy sis-in-law
my dear holding the Chester’s Grill pamphlet…he’s hungry and wanted to eat there..he..he…

Here comes the cake!

I love this icecream cake from SWENSENS!

I haven’t got the chance to take a photo of my dear blowing the candles….I’ll ask Ate Jo later if she’s able to capture the blowing of the cake…..Look at them…and the birthday boy heading to the salad bar where sky is the limit!

eating the salad first before the main menu arrives
Dear is cutting the cake…it’s sooooo frozen that it’s hard to cut…hard as a rock!
An intermission….baby Hyzyd is already hungry so he needs to be fed first before daddy will eat….
Mmmmmm…sooo yummmyyyyy…

They look so serious eating…I bet they’re eating something very delicious!

Dad, spare some for me later…LOL!

Most of us order the following:
I can’t help feeling hungry again just by looking on this picture….Mmmmmmmm.
with my best buddies and sis in Christ!

We saw Hyzyd’s pediatrician there! Look how happy Hyzyd was to see his beautiful doctor!

It’s so obvious that everybody had a wonderful time and went home so full and carrying bulging tummies…except of the two preggies with us- they’re enjoying their bulging tummy for almost 5 months now…he…he…
We have these celebrations because of God’s way. I’m so grateful to you, Lord!
