The 58th Annual Miss Universe 2009 competition will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009. I am very curious of who represents Philippines this year. As I searched, I knew that Pamela Bianca Manalo will represent my beloved country.
