I was really hoping that Ms. Philippines, Pamela Bianca Manalo will covet the title Ms. Photogenic because she’s adorably gorgeous! Anyway, I’m not the judge and the winner is already announced, so I just accept the decision without any question…LOL! I;m just glad that Philippines is represented by a woman with beauty and brain.
