to lose weight or not?

Do you know that I avoided taking pictures of myself these days :cry: ? It’s because I felt that I’ve accumulated so much weight and fats last April. It’s so hot that every now and then I sip gulped a glass of chilled iced tea :drink: and eat pizza :eat: every other day :exclaim: It’s sooo tempting to eat a lot on vacation :yum: .

So when I met my co-teachers this week, I asked them if I’ve get bigger-one said I’m thinner :wow: , the other one said I look more lively (maybe because I slept at the right time…I avoided sleeping late) and the one said that I get fatter but being cheeky :cheeky: looks great to me :nailbite: . I’m confused on who’s telling the truth :dazed2: .

Then, I saw a Thai co-teacher. I didn’t recognized her at first because the last time I saw her she’s so fat after giving birth but now she’s so slim and sleek :thumbsup: . I told my co-teacher that I want to be slimmer like her. She said that she took weight loss supplements. I replied that I wanted to try taking weight loss supplement too. She advised me that there are thousands of weight loss supplements out there and I should see a professional to help me find the best weight loss supplements if I want to save time and money.But honestly she said that I don’t need to loss weight anyway. I look better in my current figure than losing weight. She convinced me that I don’t look great when I get slimmer.

I’ll show you my current photo. You’ll be the judge if I need to loss weight or retain my current feature :smile: . By the way, I weigh 49 kg these days already :o mg: !

    Hahahah! you must be kidding Gen.. you’re neither ‘fat’ nor chubby.. and it’s true that you look good just the way you are.. and guess what, you’re current weight is 1kg away from my ultimate goal weight which is 48 kgs.. LOL!
