I just shared to you in my previous post some disguise guide I’ve done just to hide those darn donut I got after giving birth. It’s right there in the middle between my bust and hips. Is this really hard to avoid? Because of this I gave up most of my small dresses coz they couldn’t hide my tummy bulges that annoys me to no end. It’s my project for myself this year to slim down by hook or by crook :haha: ! My hubby encouraged me to changed my diet that has less carbo. I’ll only have eggs on breakfast, a portion of lean protein with lots and lots of salad veggies for lunch and more fish, chicken or lean steaks with lots of boiled, stir fried or casseroled vegetables for dinner  . I never thought changing my diet could be this costly :sheepish: . For the love of my hubby, I can do it! I will join him in his exercise to attain a firmer tummy and buttocks. These steps are challenging to lose weight and get a flat tummy. How I wish to see evident results in just 7 days
.
I have a slight envy to my Thai co-teachers who rapidly lost weight just a month after giving birth. Tummy bulges is nowhere to be found when they came back to school :wow: . I’m impressed and curious at the same time on what they did to be back on their former sexy figure. I learned from a friend that some of them drink slimming coffee or tea and some of them took diet pills. I’m OK with slimming coffee or tea, I think I could drink them but taking diet pills makes me hesitant. I’m afraid if they have side-effects after using that’s why I’m reading some diet pills reviews especially apidexin reviews as it claimed to be the world’s strongest fat burner – even stronger than Prescription Weight Loss Medications! It uses ingredients that were: 1. Clinically Proven 2. Patented or Patent-Pending 3. And Produce Visible Results Fast! They sound convincing  but this will be my last resort if I failed with my diet and exercise. Wish me luck :star: .
