determined to lose weight

Last Friday, I weighed 49.3 kg. This Friday, I weigh 48.6 kg.Should I rejoice with this? I think I should because I tried my best to take lesser carbohydrates in my diet. It’s hard at first to supress my appetite but my body adjusted well after a couple of days. Instead of a plateful of rice, I only ate only a cup of rice during lunch time. All the rest of the day, I ate only fruits, vegetables and steak:smile:

A friend told me that I’m not fat but I still want to shed some weight and get rid of belly fats and flabby arms. I’m already excited to wear again my sleeveless and shorts tucked in our wardrobe for already a year. I told my hubby that if I won’t be successful in wearing them again after 6 months, I had to buy the best weight loss supplement I could find!
