
Hubby advised me to do sit-ups in the morning everytime I complain to him how big my belly is. I’ve tried doing sit-ups but I’m not consistent with it because it’s so tiresome for me. I’ve read before that Britney Spears used to do 1000 sit-ups a day to keep her tummy flat! Is it true :question: I can only do as much as 10 :dazed2: only. But hey, here’s a new research that says that we can stop doing sit-ups for they don’t work as well as exercises carried on a stability ball, which work your tummy muscles harder. I’ve seen stability balls in Sports World (popular sport shop here in Thailand). I wonder how much each ball cost :question2: . I would love to try to do exercises using the stability ball. It’s much easier than doing sit-ups! I won’t be forced to do 1000 sit-ups a day just to have a flatter tummy. I would rather take diet pills if that would be the case :haha:. As for the moment, stability ball is already added in my wish list.
