On my wedding day, I used the swarovski crystal jewelry I bought from a friend. Since then, I desire to know how to make jewelry because that friend is willing to teach me. In fact, she already taught one of our male friends and I was amazed the last time I saw him because he already made a bracelet with swarovski elements and it looks so perfect! How I wish I could have spare time to learn jewelry-making with her. All I jsut need to do is to secure my own beginner’s jewelry making supplies and she’ll take care of teaching me the basic jewelry-making basic skills that will include how to cut jewelry wire, how to straighten jewelry wire, how to bend wire, how to make a loop, how to open and close loops, how to make a bead dangle, how to make a figure 8 connector, how to make earrings with a bead dangle a figure 8 connector and an ear wire finding, how to make more complex wire components , and how to connect jewelry supplies and wire components with a wrapped bead link to make a bracelet or necklace.
Unfortunately, she went back to Philippines already. She told me that if I’m really willing to learn how to make jewelry , I could search in the internet for video tutorial on jewelry-making for beginners. If we’ll get our internet connection back this week, I’ll try watching those video tutorials. Who knows, I’ll be the next jewelry-maker in Thailand…LOL!
