What’s the most romantic gift have you ever received from your lovey-dovey? For me, it’s a black Bench hip thong. I love sexy underwear, and often times I can’t seem to justify spending money on myself for these niceties. I love him even more for his romantic gift, and I even wonder how he knew about such sexy underwear. He told me that he wanted to buy me something that was original and sexy…just like me. That was indeed a special romantic gift that really surprises me!
When we talk about celebrities, they came up with lots of romantic gift ideas because they have lots of money! They could give their girlfriend or wife jewelry, flowers, and an exotic trip but these maybe too traditional for them already so they came up with gifts beyond imagination! It’s hard to think of a gift to a person with everything, I guess.
The following celebrity romantic gifts blew me away!
1. Posh Spice’s Cologne for David Beckham . The one-of-a-kind, $50,000 bottle of Clive Christian No. 1 fragrance took six months to produce, and came encased in a crystal bottle shaped like—what else?—a soccer shoe. This is one of the world’s most exclusive cologne.
2. Ben’s jewel-encrusted Toilet Seat for J.Lo . Ben Affleck bought J.Lo a $105,000 gem-encrusted toilet seat! “Jennifer is my princess and she deserves only the best—even when it comes to toilets,” was Ben’s explanation. And J.Lo’s reaction? “I never thought I’d say this about a toilet seat, but it’s beautiful—almost like a piece of art,” she said. Sitting on a john bedazzled with rubies, sapphires, and diamonds might not sound comfortable, but don’t worry, Ben thought of everything. Explained an anonymous pal, “The stones are set inside plastic, so Jennifer’s behind won’t get scratched.” I’m speechless….and later thinks it’s ridiculous but who am I to judge?
3. The Garbage Disposal . A what? That’s my first reaction when I came into an article about romantic gifts. Who would think that a garbage disposal could be a romantic gift for your wife? Not you but Architect and inventor John Hammes does. He wanted to bestow a nice birthday gift on his wife—who, we imagine, had a sink full of dirty dishes and a disinclination to scrape the leftovers into the trash. Thus was born the world’s first garbage disposal in 1927 called the Insinkerator.
It was my first time actually to come across this InSinkErator food waste disposers and if you’re like me who’s ignorant about this thing let me show you a video showing how it works:
After watching the video, I concluded that I’d rather dispose stuff in a garbage can in under 10 seconds and using zero electricity …LOL!..although it seems some fun feeding this thing, don’t you think? But though this InSinkErator doesn’t sound as romantic as a dozen roses, but what says “I love you” better than an invention that cuts down on crappy housework?
