Sleep deeply to lose weight

Last night at 11:30 , I was googling for diet pills that work just for fun when I came across an article that discussed how lack of sleep has been linked to overweight and obesity. I’m alarmed coz since we got back our internet connection , I slept late. I’ve been blogging about how I lose weight for the following two months without using diet pills-it’s just changing my diet and a little exercise. When I read the article, something tells me that this could be true because I really lose weight for those two months that we don’t have internet connection because I always slept as early as 9:00 pm and I haven’t deprived myself of a good night rest since then.

If you’ve tried everything to lose weight and nothing seems to be working, don’t give up. Lack of sleep may be keeping you from achieving weight loss success. It is wise to learn the art of sleeping deeply.  Clear your mind of negative thoughts and emotions before going to sleep. I usually pray, meditate on God’s goodness in our lives and visualize something beautiful before going to sleep.
