We lost special things during the flood that recently hit our city as I blogged here and here . Though they’re not as expensive as blu ray movies that costs $39.95 , they had sentimental values to us and we bought them with our hard-earned money. The flood forced me to let go some of my book collection, bookshelf, CDs, TV rack while my brother has no choice but to be saved rather than risking his life to save things that could just be bought and found later on.
We’re just both glad that we have each family to support one another. We have each other to laugh! Laughter really helps relieve tension. So far, we’re coping well as a family.
