Started spring cleaning in my closet , slowly packing away clothes that I’ll bring to Philippines to make room for the rest. I don’t know why I’m surprised by this at all, but I’ve come to a realization: I have way too much stuff though I restrained impulsive buying since last year and avoided shopping even in the thrifty stores . You would be shocked if you saw the amount of clothing I donated to church and even the clothes I gave to the garbage collector- and yet I still can’t fit everything in my closet.
The mustard shirt dress was in my closet for almost 6 months already and I haven’t get the chance to wear it not until yesterday. It’s way too short for me and if you know me I’m the kind of person who wear shorts but not mini-skirts but it won’t hurt if I give it a try inside the four corners of our room, would it? I think the black stockings added the perfect touch to the outfit…that little extra detail can go a long way, isn’t it?
Methinks, I could wear that shirt dress outside with tights on. But with the temperature terribly warming up these days, this shirt dress will be worn 7-8 months from now. Hope to pull it off when that time comes.
